You sent us your email address but did not receive any link?

There may be various reasons for this:

We sent you an email, but you didn`t receive it:

• perhaps, because your spam filter caught it?
• because your email account is over quota?
• because emails are sometimes delayed (or do not arrive, at all)?

Unfortunately, we cannot send you your password:

Errors in your email address?

• Did you make any typing errors at your registration?
• Did you possibly use a different email address at your registration?
• Did you make any typing errors while using the "Lost-Password" function?

You have not used your profile for quite a while?

• For reasons of security and data protection, we delete profiles, which have been inactive for quite a while.
• If you have not accessed your profile for more than 2 months, it is likely that it has already been deleted. (Exception: after your premium membership has expired, the profile will remain active for a little longer.)
