How to pay by bank transfer

The most convenient payment method for European citizens is by bank transfer, especially for au pairs and families from Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

Please read our refund policy before making the payment.

Please note that international transactions may be charged with additional fees. These may vary from bank to bank. Therefore, please transfer the Premium Membership's fee plus the additional bank charges.

We need some additional information from you:

• Your Aupair World's account number
  Where can I find my account number? Please click here!)
• or your e-mail address used at the registration
  (please replace @ by "at")
• the name in your profile
  (if the name of the payer differs from the name of the person registered with Aupair World)

Please be so kind to provide this information on your bank receipt.

How long will it take before my Premium Membership will be activated?

You will receive confirmation by email as soon as we have received your payment.

Please note that it may take some days before the money has been credited to our account.

Up to 30 days after expiry of your premium membership, you can renew it for the reduced amount of 29 Euros instead of 39 Euros for the duration is 90 days.
